AVE expands its range of solutions for the Intelligent Building with the analog fan coil actuator 53ABRTM-AFC, an advanced device for managing fan coils in building automation systems based on the AVEbus protocol.

The module, only 1 DIN wide, offers a compact design that simplifies installation in electrical panels while ensuring maximum space efficiency. Thanks to its two relay outputs and one 0-10V analog output, the device easily adapts to 2- or 4-pipe systems, meeting the needs of both residential and commercial applications.

The 53ABRTM-AFC actuator has been designed to meet the requirements of comfort and energy optimization in modern buildings. Key features include:

  • Advanced fan coil control: enables the regulation of brushless motor speeds and the management of on/off valves.
  • Master/slave management: allows, with just a few steps, the control of multiple fan coils within the same thermal zone.
