The update involves both the IoT-connected version and the wired version of the AVEbus protocol, introducing advanced features designed to enhance indoor well-being and optimize the management of hospitality environments.

Thanks to these innovations, the device confirms its role as a fundamental pillar for home automation and Intelligent Buildings, combining the distinctive aesthetics of 44 System with increasingly intelligent thermoregulation management.

Well-being through Humidity Control

Air quality and proper hygrometric conditions are essential for health and energy efficiency. AVE introduces humidity management for the summer season, available for both IoT models (44xCRTxxx-W) and AVEbus home automation models (44xABCRTxxx).

This new implementation allows to:

• Monitor relative humidity in the environment in real time.
• Adjust parameters conveniently from a smartphone or tablet.
• Set three intervention thresholds for the activation of dehumidification systems and the suspension of thermal demand.

The graphic interface remains intuitive, ensuring a smooth user experience in both temperature regulation and humidity level control.

Hospitality Sector: the “Hotel Function” arrives

To meet the needs of B&Bs, Hotels, and vacation homes, AVE has implemented the Hotel Function. This mode is designed to guarantee maximum energy savings for the manager, without compromising guest comfort.

Features of the Hotel Function:

• Set-point Limitation: the manager can restrict the local adjustment range allowed to the guest, with a minimum deviation of ±1°C up to a maximum of ±5°C compared to the set set-point.
• Visual Feedback: both the app and the chronothermostat display graphically signal when the limitation is active.
• Management Flexibility: the guest can only intervene on the power on/off and the temperature within the permitted limits; the manager maintains total control via the app.

Technology and Coordinated Design

AVE chronothermostats offer total installation versatility to adapt to any type of system:

• The connected version, thanks to Wi-Fi Mesh technology, communicates directly with the devices of the AVE IoT range, without the need for external gateways. An ideal solution for smart systems, simple to configure and manage.
• The wired version, designed for the AVEbus ecosystem, ensures advanced home automation control, perfect for professional contexts, large buildings, and homes.

Available Finishes

The design integrates perfectly with AVE’s Wiring Accessories Series, offering different solutions:

• Aluminum: natural or anthracite.
• Technopolymer: matt white (Whitek), clear white (Domus), and matt gray (Tekla).
