A perfect example of integration between automation, aesthetics, and functionality. Thanks to the AVEbus home automation system, a modern Italian apartment on the Giulianova (TE) seafront is able to offer a high level of living comfort and advanced functionality.

Control is entrusted to a 10” touch screen supervisor with a brushed anthracite aluminum front frame, which enables intuitive and centralized management of both the home automation and the video intercom systems. Through a highly user-friendly interface, preconfigured scenarios can be activated directly from the device’s home page: with a simple touch, multiple automations can be triggered simultaneously. For example, it is possible to set up custom scenarios that adjust lighting, temperature, and security, tailored to the needs of the home throughout the day and night.

At the building entrance, an IP video intercom system has been installed, featuring an external unit with a 7” color touch screen. This solution is particularly suitable for apartment buildings or residences with a high number of users.

The apartment’s electrical system is enhanced by glass front plates with a refined design, integrating touch technology. The customizable backlit symbols ensure easy and immediate interaction – even in the dark. For electrical outlets, glass front plates were chosen to guarantee aesthetic coherence and uniformity across the system.
